Frequently Asked Questions

  • DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDERS FOR DELIVERY?
  1. YES, minimum purchase order for delivery is Php 10,000.00. Below the said amount will be subject for delivery fee.
  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR ORDERS AND VIA WHICH COURIER?
  1. Delivery/ Shipping fees depends on the purchased products and the areas where it will be delivered.
  2. For orders around Metro Manila, additional Php 300.00 delivery fee will be charged to the customers account and Php 500.00 delivery fee for orders from BATANGAS, LAGUNA, CAVITE, and BULACAN.
  3. For orders from LUZON, VISAYAS and MINDANAO, collect shipping will be the terms of delivery.
  4. Our main couriers are LBC and OCS but clients can request the courier of their choice.
  5. We also encourage PICK-UP from our sales office for small item purchases to avoid delivery and shipping charges.
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE ASIDE FROM PAYPAL?
  1. We accept Direct Deposit to our Banco De Oro (BDO) account. Payment cut-off at 12:00 PM, after which payments made beyond 12:00 noon will be posted as payment received on the next working day. Send a photo/scanned image of the deposit slip and details via email with the subject “PAYMENT REFERENCE – COMPANY/CUSTOMER NAME” Please include your order and shipping details on the message body.

  • HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?
  1. We encourage pick-up from our Sales Office with prior arrangement 2-4 business days after purchase order/payment confirmation.
  2. 5 business days after purchase order confirmation for Cash/Cheque on Delivery.
  3. Regular LBC and domestic courier service delivery schedule.
  • HOW WILL YOU PROCESS BULK ORDERS?
  1. The customer/company issues a PURCHASE ORDER to: ECOEQUIPMENT SAFETY ENTERPRISES. Our Sales Representatives or Purchasing Office will coordinate with customer procurement on payment and delivery terms.
  • WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
  1. Size changes are accomodated. All delivery cost for the exchange/return will be charged to the account of the customer. Receipt of returned items and validation of its condition shall be determined by the company before shipping out replacements.
  • DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
  1. Shoe warranty depends on the damaged of the shoes. If it worns out for just 3 weeks of normal use and work environment, we will definitely replaced the shoes for you but NO warranty shall be applied for excessive water and oil work environments. Most of our products have CE and OHSCA Certification as warranty.
